Chungha’s agency has shared a welcome update following her COVID-19 diagnosis earlier in the month.
On December 21, her agency revealed the following statement:

We would like to inform you that Chungha was released from quarantine for COVID-19 on Friday, December 18.
Chungha stayed at the treatment facility and was treated for 11 days from Monday, December 7, the day she was diagnosed, until Friday, December 18.
Confirmed cases are required to be quarantined for 10 days, and those who are asymptomatic are released from quarantine after 11 days according to guidelines by health authorities. Chungha, a confirmed case who is asymptomatic, was told that she is not contagious and released from quarantine on the 11th day December 18, and she has returned to her home.As the spread of COVID-19 continues to become more severe, Chungha will halt official activities for the time being, and she will prioritize health and safety while focusing on hygiene.
