그리고 오후 9시41분쯤 지인에게 “강지환의 집에 있다. 도와달라”는 내용의 모바일 메신저를 보냈다. B씨 지인의 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰은 이날 오후 10시50분쯤 강지환을 긴급체포했다. 경찰 조사에서 A씨도 “강지환에게 피해를 봤다”며 B씨와 동일한 진술을 했다고 한다.
체포된 강지환은 “술을 마신 것은 기억이 나지만 이후에 벌어진 일은 기억이 나질 않는다”며 혐의를 부인했다. 경찰은 A씨와 B씨의 피해 여부 등을 확인하기 위해 해바라기센터에 검사를 의뢰했다. 결과는 1주일 정도 후에 나온다.
경찰 관계자는 “강지환을 조사한 뒤 구속영장을 신청하는 방안도 검토하고 있다”고 말했다. 강지환은 현재 경찰서 유치장에 입감된 상태다.
강지환이 긴급체포되면서 그가 주인공으로 출연하는 TV조선 주말극 ‘조선생존기’의 촬영 지속 여부도 불투명해졌다. ‘조선생존기’는 총 20부작 드라마로 지난달 8일 첫 방송을 시작해 현재 10회까지 방영됐다. TV조선 측은 이번 주 해당 드라마를 방영하지 않기로 했다. 재방송도 하지 않는다.
