리그 오브 레전드 의 제작사 라이엇게임즈가 오토 체스 버전인 전략적 팀 전투(이하 롤토체스)모드를 공개했다.

롤토체스 출시에 대해 라이엇게임즈는 최근 "TFT를 순차적으로 출시할 것이며 서버 안정을 위해 제한 사항이 있을 수도 있다"라며 "한국 지역은 마지막 순서 28일 태국, 필리핀, 싱가포르, 베트남, 대만, 브라질, 라틴아메리카 등과 함께 출시된다"라고 밝힌 바 있다.

이어 라이엇 게임즈는 "7월 1일까지 서버 이전이 비활성화되고 사용자 설정 모드는 최소 10명이 모일 때 플레이할 수 있다"라며 "모든 것이 의도대로 작동하고 있다는 확신이 생기면, 베타 패스와 임무를 모든 지역에서 개시할 예정"이라고 전했다.

한편, 롤토체스는 리그 오브 레전드의 준말인 롤과 오토체스의 합성어로 롤의 전략적 팀 게임(TFT) 모드를 가르키는 용어로, 롤 유저들은 PBE 서버에서 플레이 하며 뜨거운 반응을 보였다. 자세한 내용은 리그 오브 레전드 공식 홈페이지에서 확인 가능하다.
