According to the complaint, Park Hyo-shin promised the exclusive contract with Mr. A in 2014, and in return paid about 400 million won in cash, including luxury cars, watches and cash for two years, but he did not implement it.
Mr. A provided a Bentley vehicle worth 270 million won, a 60 million won Benz car for his mother, and a 14 million won watch, which he himself designated for the convenience of Park Hyo-shin. 28일 스포티비뉴스 취재에 따르면, 박효신과 전속계약을 논의 중이던 A씨는 27일 서울 서부지방검찰청에 박효신을 사기죄로 형사 고소했다.
고소장에 따르면 박효신은 지난 2014년 A씨와 전속계약을 구두로 약속하고 그 대가로 약 2년 동안 고급 승용차와 시계, 현금 등 약 4억원 대의 금전적 이익을 취했으나 이를 이행하지 않았다.
A씨는 전속계약이 예정된 박효신의 편의를 위해 그가 직접 지정한 2억 7000만 원 상당의 벤틀리 차량과 모친을 위한 6000만 원대의 벤츠 차량, 1400만 원대의 시계 등을 제공했다. 또한 박효신이 '급하게 지출할 비용이 있다'라는 명목으로 현금 수천만 원을 수차례에 걸쳐 빌려 간 비용을 합치면 피해 금액은 약 4억 원 대에 달한다.
그러나 박효신은 2016년 8월 젤리피쉬엔터테인먼트와 계약이 마무리 되자, A씨와 전속계약을 맺지 않고 신생 기획사인 글러브 엔터테인먼트와 전속계약을 체결했다. 박효신은 A씨가 이에 대해 항의하자 모든 연락을 차단한 상태다.
박효신의 전속계약 관련 피소는 이번이 3번째다. 2006년 닛시엔터테인먼트와의 소송은 박효신이 계약금 전액을 반환하면서 마무리됐다. 2008년 인터스테이지와의 소송은 항소를 거듭한 끝에 소송 금액에서 절반 줄어든 15억과 지연손해금을 배상하라는 판결을 받은 바 있다. 이후 박효신은 약 33억 원의 채무액을 변제했다.
한편 박효신은 오는 29일부터 올림픽공원 체조경기장에서 6회의 단독 콘서트를 앞두고 있다.
