20일 ‘어서와 한국은 처음이지’가 방영되며 네덜란드 친구들 미힐, 레네, 야스퍼가 화제를 모으고 있다.

이날 친구들은 네덜란드와 비슷한 역사를 가진 점을 계기로, 임진각을 방문하는 시간을 가졌다. 친구들의 고향 오벌룬은 제2차 세계대전 당시 대규모 전투가 벌어졌던 곳이다. 

임진각에 도착한 친구들은 “여기 다른 사람들의 긴장감이 느껴진다” “이런 일은 앞으로 없어야 한다” “이런 걸 보니 휴전 중이라는 게 느껴져”라며 가슴 아픈 역사를 안타까워했다. 

한편 네덜란드 호스트 야닉은 올해 나이 29세로 직업은 배우다. MBC '서프라이즈' 재연 배우를 비롯해 '봄이 오나 봄'에서도 안정된 연기를 선보였다. 

친구 레네은 올해 나이 27세로 스낵바 메인 요리사로 일하고 있으며, 25세 미힐은 지적 장애인을 돌보는 사회복지사다. 야스퍼는 24세 학생이다. 

칠링이란 ‘느긋한 시간을 보내다’의 영어 단어 Chill에서 나온 말로, 칠러는 느긋한 시간을 보내는 사람이란 뜻이다.
